For customers opting for system success consultancy, we will undertake an initial virtual workshop prior to deployment of a new ResourceXpress system. The aim of which will be to identify the best system use practices, taking advantage of all ResourceXpress has to offer. As part of this consultancy, we will familiarize customers with the ResourceXpress Administration console and the various user interfaces (Room-screen, Kiosk, Maps, RX Mobile App etc) but will not include in depth product training. In addition, we will consider the strategic direction of the customer and any planned changes in facilities or security policies. The initial consultancy will cover two full days remote support and communication to produce a scope of work in line with the customer requirements. If any further consultancy is required, this will be identified in the scope of work. If we can complete the system success consultancy within the two-day period. Any unused time can be credited against further system configuration.
