Licence model
The ResourceXpress system is licenced on a per room-screen or workspace basis. For room-screens there are two licence options available, providing either display only or interactive versions.
Non interactive is suitable for applications where no booking features are required. For example QSign schedule displays or training room screens are suitable for this Licence model. Interactive licences provide Smart Book (book now), check-in/out, extend, dual language switching, equipment fault reporting and authentication functionality.
Room Screen Lite
This entry level Licence model of ResourceXpress satisfies the demand from those customers who only require simple functionality for their resource management needs. It’s attractively priced at the fraction of the cost of a full licence, which makes it very competitive and ensures a much quicker return on investment for the entry level user. Room Screen Lite licences are available in any multiple (there is no minimum order quantity).
Room Screen Full
The full version of ResourceXpress satisfies the demand from those customers who require more functionality for their resource management needs. A simple upgrade from the Lite Licence model, gives you the ability to use the Maps and Floorplan functionality of the dynamic Qkiosk. It also gives you full Qsign directional signage features.
The presentation of maps via the kiosk gives a quick view of status availability, directional information and the capability to book resources. Secure logins from the kiosk app present personal information of previous bookings for users and the ability to quickly find a free desk, room or resource.
Workspace Licences
These are designed to satisfy the needs of the modern, agile workspace. Effective management of desks, informal meeting and break out areas is vital to ensure corporations operate at peak efficiency and reduce real estate costs. Workspace licences are available to purchase in unlimited quantities (10 min).
All licences include the software server kit and full documentation.
Note – For room-screen licences display and interactive cannot be mixed for a single ResourceXpress server. If some rooms require to be display only then interactive mode can be simply disabled centrally for these screens as required.
